Looking at the charts we definitely have a market that is gaining momentum and should continue to do so through 2018 .
Some points to look for on the charts :
1. Current inventory for sale is at the lowest level in 3 years
2. 2018 Q1 is the busiest for total sales since 2014
3. 42% of the buyers in the city of GP were in the 250k to 350k price point
4. 51% of the buyers in the county of GP spent less thank 350k on a home
We have all become very used to the Grande Prairie market being very active over the past 6 years and with the economic downturn it has changed our market from a sellers’ market to a buyers’ market as there are lots of homes for buyers to choose from when looking for a home.
